What is Positive Psychology Life Coaching?
Through proven happiness-increasing exercises, we work on strength identification and ways to better incorporate those strengths in everyday life, as well as goal clarification and implementation. Research has shown that the use of positive psychology in life coaching can make people happier, optimize their functioning and increase life satisfaction. I will help you to retrain the way you think about yourself and your life.
